By registering for our services, you agree that we may process the data you give us. The basis for processing any data we receive is to ensure we can safely and securely carry out our services.

When you enrol a student at Busy Brains, we will collect relevant personal data.

Busy Brains does not directly collect, process or store financial information.

You are entitled to see the information held about you.  

You may review, correct, update or remove your personal data at any time by contacting us directly at admin@busybrains.org.uk

The information you provide to us is used in the following methods:

• To provide customer services and communicate with you about the dates of our services and how to continue to use them.
• To meet legal compliance requirements relating to children

We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting, support and maintenance, and child protection issues. In some cases, the third party may receive your information. However, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information and at no point do these third parties have our permission to use your data to contact you.

We may also disclose your personal data when we believe this is required by law, to enforce or comply with our terms and conditions or to protect the rights, property, safety of Busy Brains, our customers or others.

We will hold your data, unless you request otherwise, for 12 months after you have provided us with the details, or 12 months after you cease to use our services.
